correction re: NSF bill

I just posted a note about a bill to cut a Directorate from NSF. True enough.
But I called Robert Walker (R-PA) chair of appropriations. No--He is Chair of
the House SCIENCE Committee. The Walker ammendment ot the the NSF budget is
just as dangerous, however--perhaps more so, considering the usual deference
to chairmen's expertise.
