CALL FOR PAPERS: Contributions are now invited for early issues of the
journal. Manuscripts should be submitted in triplicate, typed (or word
processed) in double spacing on one side of paper only. Their length should
not normally exceed 8,000 words. The Harvard system for bibliographic
references is to be used, with notes, references, tables and figures and
acknowledgements placed at the end of the manuscript.
