By "world religion" you mean one of the "big five"--ie, Islam,
Judaism, Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism?
Buddhism and Hinduism haven't a monotheism, so that leaves the
Abrahamic three. They all share the same creation myth so essentially
one might put human beings right up there next to that deity called
variously Allah, YHWH, God since the myth states humans were made in
the divine image. Islam does not buy into the notion of "original sin"
in its interpretation of the myth, and there's other differences aplenty
in the interpretations which would take a better (or more specialized
anyway) scholar than I am to tell you about).
