No. Sometimes they adapt, except when they are the (s)elect.

The pun on Calvinism(s) is deliberate, and applies to the usual
mthodologically unemcumbered (pseudo)scienticisms advocates.

The other degenerate orbit of course, is into the fierce defense
of science, sans PP/PM baggage, which just is a nuisance to some.
