Yes it is NASA PR. You can tell from the grade-school vocabulary. Er,
like make sure ya fix that o-ring and stuff on that fuel line so the
stuff doesn't leak out and we don't have another big bang and stuff
like three minutes after blastoff. So we don't have to clean up the
crud and stuff from those bits of teachers hanging out there like we
did last time. And stuff.
