As a reader of five of the above groups, I thank Igor Mazin for his
analysis of the mentioned anonymous poster. I do not believe that problems
with soviet diplomas really exist. Any employer can have any diploma
evaluated by an expert.

I confirm Igor's translation of the mistranslated Russian text. I think
that the text was really "falsified", because cited mistranslations look
obviously intentional. Whatever it is, nasty joke or flame bait, it goes
way too far. As a reader, I can only thank Dave Kristofferson,
BIOSCI/bionet Manager, for his fast reaction (his message
<3p2ig5$gam@net.bio.net> of May, 13, 1995).

I believe, Igor's suggestion to write to admin@anon.penet.fi is right.
