Well, I don't know what he's up to either, except if it's starting flame
wars.

Some of his posts look like obvious trolls meant to get the discussion off
the anthropology group.

Others seem like stupid but earnest attacks on astronomy from an
anthropological point of view, which would make the anthropology group
quite appropriate as one of the groups the thread's crossposted to.

However, while I can't conclude what Gil's trying to do, it is obvious to
me that he's not worth reading or even talking to. He has not presented a
single coherent argument, and he has not responded coherently to a single
coherent argument from other people.

What an arrogant, stupid moron.

Which is a rather lengthy way to say *PLONK*.
