Wrong! Those are the Truthenkoff numbers. The primes are 0, 1, 10, 11, 100,
101, etc...

Now, if only you'd asked about the *inverse* Truthenkoff numbers, aka
Fibbenatchee numbers...

(Sorry, couldn't resist, all the more so that I have a cold and keep
koffing and atcheeing, in truth!)
