One does not need to order any of your books to determine the major
flaw with television news. It's pure and simple entertainment, or
should I be kinder and say infotainment. I'm not taking the stance
that all network news is not legitimate news, but when ratings are
involved one finds it necessary to spice things up a bit and
editorialize. There is not an unbiased source of news because every
human being has bias. The closest thing to unbiased news coverage
without having to wade through numerous sources is probably C-span,
followed by PBS.
