In Cultural Anthropology by Conrad Kottak it says that
mother/son, father/daughter, and brother/sister incest is found among all
known cultures, but that doesn't mean it is genetic, it could just simply
be a very useful cultural adaptation. fire is found in all known
cultures also, but I would like to see someone argue that the ability to
make fire is genetic also.
