ok forgetting the *reasons* affirmative action works in the national
interest, let's examine this question further.
1. affirmative action is not racist discrimination, but it is racial
discrimination. if you don't understand the difference, you will always be
wrong.
2. affirmative action in the hiring process for jobs is only effective for
companies which are expanding. affirmative action does not force companies
to hire when they are not hiring.
