The problem is that it _excludes_ the current generation of white
males because an earlier generation of white males has filled up
all of the white male positions. For example, it would be much
fairer if all college tenure were removed the and excess white
male professors fired to produce racial balance. If this were
done then there would be no need for additional AA, the current
generation of white males would have equal opportunity with other
groups.
