I've always been a great fan of the Uplifting of our fellow
animals. This idea embraces the notion that we are caretakers
of this great wealth before us, and that the most intelligent
act is to distribute intelligence. However, this notion also
burns deeply the message of our modern alienation into our
"intelligent" little brains. Note that the key idea is to
"uplift our fellow animals." Well, our fellow animals are
starving in our very own urban landscape. I have little
faith that uplifting non-human animals will become successfull
when we cannot even uplift our own. Can you imagine how violent
the school for dogs would be?
