I'm giving a lecture on cultural anthropology, a subject of which I know
little. I am supposed to cover the topics of: biasts of the field,
problems of knowledge within the field or inherent to the field (IE; non
sequitor, error in sample, etc...), strengths and weaknesses of the
field, laws of the field, and methods... I know little about
anthropology.. i've read about it (Lucy... etc..) but I am supposed to
stay away from the paleontology party of it and stick to the cultural
-non-natural- social science part of it....

My instructor doesn't expect me to know a whole lot.. I'm not an anthro
major.. but this class deals with cscientific knowledge and how it is
used, how useful it is, etc... we are imphasizing on the concepts found
in "The Structure of Scientific revolutions" "Man is the Measure" and
other books about logic and science. REight now we are studdying the
concept of "social" sciences... (criminology, geography, history,
sociology, phychology, etc..) I picked anthropology to report on... can
you give me a reply by E-mail.. I am giving this report tomorrow.. i'l
check my mail around 7PST tomorrow morning... I was given this
assignment yesterday... (Didin't have time to post here thogh)..

Thanks!
