Unfortunately, this is not true. ICR propaganda asserts the existence
of "Evolutionary Philosophy", a grand over-arching metaphysical
principle of change and development set up (by Satan) against the
principle of _ex nihilo_ Divine Creation. They claim to trace this
conflict back through history, and in the Bible. All religions except
(conservative versions of) Xty, Judaism and Islam are labelled
"evolutionary religions".

Such a large, vaguely-defined bogey-man has a number of functions:
everything fundamentalists disapprove of can be blamed (one way or
another) on it, and it re-inforces the black vs. white, us vs. them
mentality that characterizes much of fundamentalism.
