That is what I was referring to -- the multiregional argument says that
H.sapiens evolved from erectus regionally (and perhaps from Neandertals in
Europe) while the Out of Africa disagrees, maintaining that all indigenous
populations were replaced by new migrations of H. sapiens from Africa.
