It's a "tongue-click", which I can't describe very well on-line,
and which I can't do properly. I've heard Richard Lee do them,
and it's simply a click tied up in the pronunciation, in the same
way that "th" provides a different sound than "t" (or "dj" in the
old spelling style of Indonesian provides a subtle variation of
"j") -- only it's a click sound instead.
