I am not sure I would disagree on any of the points. However, I would
point out that most of the essential parts are unknown and unknowable.
This is where any of this scenario building gets into trouble. Maybe you
should go over your list and specify how we would know each bit of
information that you find essential or, more importantly, how would we know
if we were wrong.
