I'm stretching my memory here, so bear with me.

I recall some factoids about Australopithecines and handedness.
Seems there are some baboon remains that have the _left_ sides
of their skulls bashed in. Supposition is that they were killed
by A.'s using long bones (something about femur heads). Now,
this is weak, but the left side of the baboon skull corresponds
to being hit by someone right handed. (We're talking southern
Africa here, btw.)

Perhaps someone with a better memory or more at hand references
(no pun intended) can flesh this out.
