Assuming that you somehow came to *really* believe this, I presume that
it's futile to introduce the concept of racial bias and discrimination
(across several generations and centuries) that leads to these inequities
in non-homogeneous societies.

OTOH, if you don't believe that racial bias and discrimination actually
(ever) exists then I suppose that you'd have no other choice but assume
that biology plays the only role in certain statistics.
