Mr. Silver is an occasional contributer to talk.origins. There are
various net-terms that describe him. Troll (someone who posts an
inflamatory message just to provoke flames) comes to mind. He
is a hit-and-run-

artist who rarely responds to anything posted in reply to his
posts.

Other than that he is no different from any other moron. I suggest
you ignore him.
