I believe that the purity of Adam and Eve's genes is shown in the years
they lived, 1000+ if I remember right. Since the ages of their progeny
at death (e.g. Methuselah(sp?)) steadly dropped through the
generations, we could say that the corruption of the genes took place
at a regular intervals, perhaps from spontaneous mutation due to UV
radiation?
Highly hypothetical, but I like it...(smile)
