Hello, I am Steven of the Chickasaw Nation of Oklahoma, currently in
residence at Carnegie Mellon University. I am seeking advice and
direction regarding good PhD programs in anthropology.

I am interested in Native Studies in Anthropology. My background
includes a masters in public policy and a B.A. in Political Science and
History. Primarily I wish to pursue studies that allow me to research
and observe the new infrastructure emerging in North American indigenous
societies, tribes and nations with regards to globalization,
specifically where NAFTA and GATT have had a strong influence on
regional and tribal economies.

Any information, advice, or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
