Ph.D. stats

Another brief question for "anyone" who can find me the citation (and then I'll
leave you all alone):

I rememeber seeing "somewhere" perhaps in SfAA statistics, perhaps of
the AAA, Numbers indicating how many Ph.D. members were employed by
universities and colleges vs. how many were not affiliated with a university.
It was a simple breakdown but I'm wondering if it was in Human Org. or
where? I *do* know it was recent. If I recall correctly, there was also a
reference to the numbers of new Ph.D.s finding employment at 4-year
institutions against *not* finding positions with them. If anyone can provide
me with a citation (I don't THINK it was in van Willegan's or Chambers'
Aplied Anthro. books), I'd be much abliged. Should have been in either the
AN or Human Org., but I can't find it anywhere and the AAA directory didn't
help at all either. Help!

Thanks!
