student rsch among Amish

A student here who has taken my intro course and a few sociology courses
wants to spend his 3 weeks over Winter Term studying in an Amish
community. Unfortunately for him, I work in New Guinea and absolutely
no ties to any Amish community. Anybody out there in the general
mid-west region have any suggestions as to a community, contact persons,
etc. Anybody have an undergraduate student who has done a similar
study?
