Flinn and Read

Flinn says "Image is not substance." Read says "Quite so!" I have to agree
as strongly as possible. For one, I am tired of having professionals in other
disciplines raise their eybrows when I tell them I am an Anthropologist, all
because we are getting a reputation for spouting `politically correct non-sense'
instead of dealing with scientific fact.

Let's make it politically incorrect to focus on political correctness . . . or
begin to disassociate ourselves from those who insist on political correctness
in the current environment.
