Anyone interested in discussing the creation of a newsgroup
entitled "soc.culture.fijian" please contact Nick Bartoli at
"niko@selway.umt.edu". A Request for Discussion is currently
open, and a Call for Votes will be issued in a few weeks.

Excerpt from Charter:
"The proposed group would be intended for discussions about
different aspects of Fiji. Discussions are meant to be informal,
with no bounds on the discussion except that the discussion
should in some way deal with Fiji and things Fijian/Indian-Fijian.
Anyone with an interest in Fiji is free to post, regardless of
whether or not you are a native of Fiji or have been there before."
