Suicide - a message

Killing ones self is
non-adaptive.

I'm not sure about that. Apparently by killing myself my genes (?) will not
be passed on. But I'm already 52 without offspring. Does that make me
non-adaptive?

Besides the body, our body, is the very thibk we CAN do what we like
with. A very expensive Royal Commission into Aboriginal Deaths in Custory
failed to 'rationally'idrentify the 'reason'. However., many
anthropologists point out - that by removing the body from social
control, i.e. police arrests and trumped up charges, is a very effective
device and a political statement. It places the body beyond the reach of
society. Suicide can be a powerful political statement. Look at the
furore over the mass deaths and suicide of cult members.
