Help, please

Once again I have screwed up. In the hurly-burly of the last few months,
I forgot to renew my AAA and other society memberships. So didn't get
the September Anthropology Newsletter with details about the AAA
meetings in Washington, D.C. Totally ignorant now about precise dates,
locations, hotel reservations, registration procedures, etc. Have
e-mailed AAA but gotten no response. Can anybody out there provide
the missing info?
