Attention artlovers!

Smithsonian Online on America Online is launching a series of real-time
chats this month. The National Museum of American Art is sponsoring
three series: The Virtual Museum, Conservation Chats, and Artist to
Artist Discussions. Al programs will take place on Monday evenings, at
9:00 P.M., ET. Supplementary readings for each program may be dowmloaded
in advance.

On Monday, October 10, conservators Lisa Mibach and Catherine Maynor
will be available to discuss basic conservation techniques and provide
tips for locating/selecting conservators.
