How many people on this list are aware of the National Security Education
Program (NSEP) Graduate Enhancement Grants and the controversy
surrounding them? I am applying for this grant and have been told it
could be problematic. I would like to get any comments anyone would have
before I describe the controversy as I have heard it.

(if no one has heard of this grant and its controversy - although I
suspect someone out there has - I will describe the problem and get any
reactions.)
