Good Source for Anthropology / Archaeology Books:

The Maxwell Museum Store of the University of New Mexico's (UNM's) Maxwell
Museum of Anthropology stocks several thousand, often hard-to-find titles on
anthropology and archaeological subjects. It is considered the foremost
source of these items in New Mexico and is well-equipped for both mail and
special orders. Its stock and sources cover these subjects on a worldwide
basis with a concentration in the U.S., Southwest, and Mexico. It also
publishes/distributes related titles in the Maxwell Museum Anthropological
Papers series and for UNM's Office of Contract Archaeology. Inquiries and
orders can be handled by phoning (505) 277-8601 or -3700, or by sending
faxes to (505) 277-3991 or -1547. Discounts of 15% are given to members of
the Maxwell Museum Association.
Contact Alan Shalette <AlShal@aol.com> for additional information via the
Internet, since the store is not yet equipped for this mode of operation
[development is under way].
