It seems to me that I could justifably be accused of 'flaming' in my last
post.

I unreservably apologise to Nick Gessler and to the list. The debate has
been intense and spirited while informative. I'm afraid that I
have overstepped the mark and spoilt the tenor of the debate.

Perhaps I should have that holiday as John Barrett suggested.
