I am posting this message on behalf of one of our honours students.
He would be grateful for any reply.
"I am a final year undergraduate student finishing my undergraduate
degree in the Deaprtment of Sociology and Anthropology, La Trobe
University, Bundoora, Victoria, Australia. My honours thesis
is concerned with the politics of identity in contemporary urban
Papua New Guinea and is currently being examined. I am also
continuing research on the socioeconomic history of capitalism,
urbanisation and identity in Indonesia and South Africa.
I am interested in pursuing my postgraduate career in the USA or
Great Britain, and would like to contact researchers in these areas.
