My thanks to Charlie Urbanowicz for correcting my failing memory. Too
much television in the '70s. It is, of course, Chad Oliver, not Chad
Everett (who was in a show called Emergency). As Charlie also reminded
me his obit appeared in the AA in the not too recent past.
