One of my favorite debate techniques is to start with the other person's
views and take them to their logical conclusion. With Murray et al, for
example, they argue that programs to help low-IQ individuals will always
fail because IQ is genetic; education doesn't help. Well, then, education
for the IQ-endowed is also a waste of money; we should prohibit *anyone*
from receiving an education. Think of all that money we'll save!
Unfortunately, I can just see my fellow citizens buying that, too.
