Try these sources for a start:

1) Native Way
PO Box 159
Washington, MS 39190
Ph (601)445-4244

2) Piltdown Productions
3412 Plymouth Pl.
Lynchburg, VA 24503
(804)528-3444

3) Boulder Outdoor Survival School (BOSS)
PO Box 3226
Flagstaff, AZ 86003-3226
(602)779-6000

Native Way used to have moose billets (not caribou). They also have a
wide range of choices for stone. Piltdown Productions is run by the
preeminent flintknapper in the world, Erret Callahan. He makes
reproductions for the Smithsonian and other museums around the world. He
also offers classes which I would highly recommend. He is very helpful.
He would probably ask you why you had your heart set on caribou billets.
BOSS has some supplies. Call them for a catalog. They also have
excellent classes and workshops. Happy knapping.
