Yes, it's that time of year again. The time when us fresh-faced young pups
venture into the first step of our *rites de passage anthropologique*. Well,
actually this is the third step, but anyway. . . . I'm looking to talk to
anyone (faculty, graduate, or current student) who are working at any of the
following institutions:

---Cornell

___U. of California (Santa Cruz, both Anthropology and History of Consciousness
Programs)

---Drew University (Anthropology of Religion)

---University of Chicago

I'm curious what people think of the programs, the instructors, etc. I'm also
open to suggestions for other schools to inquire about. My interests are
history of anthropology, American studies, scholarly constructions of religion,
ethnography, epistemology and rhetoric of human rights, and cultural history of
the late 19th century. I welcome all comments, suggestions, and queries. Thankyou!

Best regards,

John Stevens
