Pinsker on Newtonian Models

Right on Eve Pinsker . . . anthropology has not been able to get out of
the Newtonian model for the most part, and when it does it is into
something similar to postmodern thought.

I recommend "The Dancing Wu-Li Masters" by Gary Zukov, a report of the
conference on Quantum Physics at Esalen in the '70's (when Bateson was
around).

You are absolutely right about incorporating the science of quantum
method into contemporary social sciences . . . that is the entire basis
of the construct realist paradigm that I have been trying to present on
the list. Good for you Eve.
