I answere the first two questions to a classmate. I will proceed with
3. I did my fieldwork in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and New York City, in a
comparative linguistic study of Puerto Ricans. The principal issues that
confront the discipline today are whether Anthropology will remain a
four-field discipline or whether it will go post-modernist. Again, my
