Another useful database is the Sociofile. It is put out by Silver Platter,
and is a CD-ROM based version of Sociological Abstracts. It contains a
great deal of anthropological as well as sociological literature.
Along the same lines is the Social Science Index, also CD-ROM based. I'm
not sure if it is also Silver Platter or not.
Neither is available via Internet, as far as I know, but many major
libraries will have one or both.
