In the most recent issue of scientific american is an article about
structures in teh brain (microtubules) which are small enough to have
quantum effects. This ties oin with roger penroses work on quantum
mechanics and consciousness. check it out-
on the other side is teh copenhagen interpretation which says
consciousness has something to do with physics- but thats another
story.
