Can anyone tell me what the status of Bill Bradley's legislation regarding giving Federal land in the Black Hills back to Native Americans in the region for development as a national park? Bradley proposed this legislation a number of years ago. I assumed that it was killed in Congress, but would like to be informed about the recent status of this situation.
