as always, i am amazed at the amount of internet bandwitdth that
regularly, rhythmically, universally (i.e. in all and any netlists) is
wasted in the name of protesting the waste of bandwidth!

after all, graber's reply was *definitely apropos, in the shadow
of the recent discussions on this list concerning the availability
of employment within the discipline ... and was in response to
a direct question soliciting opinions ...

given the inevitability of certain conference themes, this
non-discussion, opinion-laden theme leads me to ask whether it's time,
again, to debate the mac vs. ibm controversials ... one annual or
semi-annual flurry seems, ultimately, to herald the other!!
