Hi folks,

Sorry that this is probably not the best forum for this question... but am
in a bit of a rush on getting info on this. Forgive the multiple postings.

Does anyone know the english equivalent of the tree known by the spanish
name in Venezuela as Sarrapia. It is grown to a great degree in the
state of Bolivar. This tree produces the fruit (Coumarona Punctata -
english name?) that is used because of its aroma in certain perfumes, and
to give aroma to certain tobacos.

Any help concerning further knowledge of this tree would be apprecitated.

Thanks in Advance
Jackson M. Roper
