It should be noted that there is a formal definition of what constitutes a
grammar. Of course, as with any formal definition one person's idea of what
OUGHT to be included in any such definition may in fact be excluded, but the
value of a formal defintion is that it forces specification of what is meant
by a term. With an imprecise notion of what is meant by a "grammar" it
becomes possible to extend it to the absurd as Yee nicely points out.
