pay to the people growing small plots of the different materials!!!
Genes of resistance to pests or genes of interests are kept alive by a
bunch of native people. Then the Gringo goes collects the material
package it in a standard variety, calls it Gringo4 and collects royalties.
The question is why can he charge but not be charged? Because (s)he is
Gringo?
