It's been pointed out to me that the news reported it as the
leading cause for a certain age group. Two ranges have been
suggested to me in off-line messages. 18-30 and 25-44. I don't
know which was specified on the news broadcast I heard. Sorry
for the inaccuracy.

In any case, the numbers are alarming and the mechanisms for
global spread important matters of concern. Does anyone know
the incidence, if any, in relatively isolated cultures?
