Again, as was pointed out early on in this discussion, the details will be
released when the trial is finished. At that time everyone will have
full access to the records, deals, evidence, and statements a la the
Freedom of Information Act.

Allowing for a balanced trial is critical so that if the accused did
committ the murders, he will be found guilty. I know full well that this
statement is loaded, but it's is what we're working with.
