The program in Environmental Studies at the University of Kansas is in the
process of initiating a search for a new director with interests in global
environmental change and/or natural resource economics and policy studies.
The preferred discipline is open, and we would like to encourage applications
from among qualified natural and social scientists (including anthropologists).

Because we cannot advertise in all of the relevant disciplinary newsletters,
we would like to post job notices on Internet lists. I would appreciate
information and suggestions regarding appropriate lists (with subscription
information), especially ones that focus on environmental issues.

I would also welcome inquiries about the position and names of individuals
to whom position announcements should be sent.
